Students in a dormitoryStudents can now change their dormitory registration without needing to visit a Customer Service Center (TsNAP) or submit paper documents. A new service is available on the Diia portal, allowing for online application submission. Once approved by the educational institution, the service fee can be paid, and the registration decision can be awaited.This was reported by the Diia press service.
How to change registration through Diia
To complete the registration, you need to log in to the Diia portal and navigate to the “Services” section → “All Services” → “Change of Residence.”Next, you must:
- verify your personal data;
- select the option to register residence in a dormitory;
- specify the educational institution and dormitory address;
- if the accommodation agreement is in paper form, indicate its number and date;
- sign the application using an Electronic Qualified Signature (KEP) or Diia.Signature.

After the educational institution approves the application, you will need to pay for the service and await the registration decision.Students who have a taxpayer registration number, have signed an accommodation agreement for a dormitory, and are not subject to military conscription can use this service.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation notes that the list of institutions where the service is available will gradually expand. The new service is intended to simplify document processing and allow students to resolve registration matters remotely.
