DIM group of companies is the first on the Ukrainian real estate market to launch a unique program of long-term hryvnia installments, which has no analogues among developer offers.
We observe that buyers who dream of their own apartment or need to improve their living conditions, but for one reason or another do not meet the criteria of state programs, turn to us, – notes Oleksandr Nasikovskyi, managing partner of the DIM group of companies. – It is for them that we have developed a new company product to satisfy the growing demand among Ukrainians who cannot take advantage of the state program “єОселя”, but are interested in purchasing quality housing in the comfort+ segment and above.
Terms of long-term hryvnia installments from DIM group of companies:
- Term – up to 10 years with the possibility of early repayment.
- Price fixation in hryvnia. The cost per square meter is fixed in the contract, without being tied to the currency exchange rate or market price growth.
- Fixed interest rate: 10% per annum in hryvnia.
- Down payment – from 30%.
Especially for military personnel, emergency service workers, and military medics, a preferential rate of 8% per annum applies.
The increase in construction costs, currency fluctuations, and general price increases will not affect the change in the fixed price per square meter in hryvnia at the time of concluding the contract.
The pilot project of long-term hryvnia installments is valid during June and July in large quarter development complexes: “Metropolis”, Lucky Land, and Park Lake City. In addition, only 10 apartments are available in the Olegiv Podil club house under these conditions.
During this period, DIM company will be able to assess the real demand among citizens for whom state programs and long-term installments are not available, and subsequently continue and scale the program to other residential complexes.
“Thanks to the involvement of a strategic partner and stable targeted funding, which does not depend on sales volumes, the DIM group of companies can implement long-term internal financing tools and create real solutions for providing flexible housing purchase conditions for a wider range of buyers,” emphasized Oleksandr Nasikovskyi.
