Thus, if we count the activity of entrepreneurs last year, there were almost 18 tenders per sole proprietor.For comparison, in 2021, this figure was 6.2 tenders, according to Opendatabot.
Record Holders Among Entrepreneurs
The leading sole proprietor this year won 2,288 tenders. Meanwhile, another entrepreneur has managed to work with 769 different customers, winning 788 tenders in 2026.
Overall, throughout the entire operation of Prozorro, the absolute record belongs to a sole proprietor who achieved 10,225 wins, cooperating with only 23 customers.The second and third places are occupied by entrepreneurs with 8,636 and 8,553 won tenders, respectively.However, the system does not always manage to filter out contractors whose agreements may potentially violate the law. Thus, during an inspection of tenders, Opendatabot identified 2 sole proprietors who won a total of 6 tenders worth 297.5 thousand UAH – while already being listed as missing.Read also
The Ministry of Finance has approved new tax reporting forms for businesses and sole proprietors
This status does not automatically terminate the entrepreneur’s activity. For a sole proprietorship to be terminated, state registration of termination of activity is required. The basis can be, in particular, a court decision recognizing the person as missing or declared dead. The mere fact of being included in the Register of Missing Persons does not achieve this.Previously, it was reported that the Ministry of Finance approved new forms of Tax Calculation of Income Accrued to Individuals, Amounts Withheld from Them, as well as Amounts of Accrued Unified Social Contribution.
